Billing

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Supr is a subscription service for supervised AI agent work. This policy explains how trials, subscriptions, cancellations, failed payments, and refund requests are handled.

The practical version

Start small, cancel from the billing portal, and contact support quickly if something looks wrong. Agent usage is metered run by run, so billing decisions depend on subscription state and actual usage.

  • Stripe processes subscription payments and billing portal sessions.
  • Cancellations usually take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Failed payments may pause or limit new agent runs.
  • Refunds are not automatic unless required by law or approved in writing.

Trials

Trial access is meant to let you test Supr on a real project task before choosing a paid rhythm. Trial limits may include agent credits, project count, autonomy limits, runtime limits, and feature access. Trial features and limits may change as the product develops.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Plans include the limits shown on the Pricing page, in the dashboard, or in a written order form. If a plan changes, the new limits apply according to the Stripe checkout, portal, or written agreement used for that change.

Cancellations

You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal when the dashboard billing flow is available, or by contacting support if you cannot access the dashboard. Unless the portal or a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments

If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and Supr may place the subscription into a past-due, incomplete, or unpaid state. New agent runs may be blocked or limited until billing is current. Existing project history and account records may remain available where needed for support, billing, security, or legal reasons.

Refund requests

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing. If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, inaccessible account, or platform failure that prevented reasonable use, email editor@mr.technology with the account email, Stripe receipt if available, plan, charge date, and what happened.

Usage after cancellation

Cancellation does not erase usage records, invoices, support history, audit logs, or other records Supr needs to operate, secure, and account for the service. Access to agent runs may end when the subscription period ends or when billing status no longer permits new usage.
